We are a Dutch bakery trading from markets and events around Tasmania and through our online shop! We bake stroopwafels (Dutch syrup waffles) fresh on site and have a wide range of Dutch treats such as speculaas (Dutch spiced biscuits), gevulde koeken (almond rounds), kokoskransen (coconut rings), Jan Hagel (Jan hail biscuits).
